Welcome to the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Training and Certification program. This is an Advanced Level Certification in Lean Six Sigma. As a prerequisite, candidates must hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and relavant working experience.
Intake: Our process starts with understanding your background and crafting a tailored program to meet your goals.
Onboarding: Onboard on the LSSB platform, giving you access to world-class training resources.
Training and Project Assessment: Complete the self-paced theory modules, including exams, and review your projects. Achieve a minimum score of 70% on theoretical exams. Submit 3-5 DMAIC or DMADV projects for review.
Certification: Upon successfully completing the theoretical exams and project assessment, you will be awarded your Master Black Belt Certification.
Both “live” and “hypothetical” projects are accepted for certification. Hypothetical projects protect confidential details while demonstrating your Lean Six Sigma implementation skills, which will be evaluated for certification.
If a project does not meet Lean Six Sigma Bureau’s standards, candidates will have the opportunity to modify and resubmit their project. Feedback will be provided on the areas requiring improvement before resubmission.
Upon successfully meeting all certification requirements, an electronic version of the certification will be made available for download.

The course quality is excellent. Having been initially trained as a black belt with another statistical analysis software, the discovery of Minitab was effective. I also found interesting the insights on certain aspect of DMAIC such as team management. Finally, during project Remco always had insightful questions that made me progress in my mastery of the LSS methods.
