Yes, the certifications offered by the Lean Six Sigma Bureau are accredited by the Council for Six Sigma Certification.

The certification does not have an expiration date, and retaking exams is not required.

For the Lean Six Sigma White and Yellow Belts, project completion is not required. For the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, completing a project is recommended but not mandatory. However, for the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt, project completion and demonstrated experience in executing DMAIC or DMADV projects are required.

Yes, exams are included at no additional cost, with unlimited attempts.

Since the certification is accredited by the Council for Six Sigma Certification, each student must complete the full Body of Knowledge. To access the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, obtaining a Yellow Belt Certification is required. Similarly, for the Black Belt Certification, completing the Green Belt Certification in advance is mandatory.

No. A degree is not required to obtain a Lean Six Sigma certification.

The LSSB Certification is accredited by the CSSC and has no expiration date, eliminating the need for recertification.

After each training module, a certification exam that allows unlimited retakes will follow. There is no cumulative exam, and the exams are not proctored.

A project is not required for Yellow Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt certification but is highly recommended to enhance your learning experience and showcase delivered results.

For Master Black Belt Training and Certification 3-5 DMAIC or DMADV projects are required.
