How It Works

From strategy call to live programme in 4 to 6 weeks.

LSSB deployments follow a structured implementation model designed for enterprise procurement timelines, IT requirements, and internal readiness. Here is exactly what happens — and when.

Deployment Phases
Phase 1
Week 1

Discovery and deployment design

We start with a structured 45-minute Enterprise Strategy Call to map your LSS maturity, understand your sites and functions, and identify your highest-priority deployment goals. From this we produce a deployment design document — your operating model, cohort structure, curriculum mapping, and governance framework.

Deliverables
  • LSS maturity assessment
  • Deployment design document
  • Cohort and site structure
  • Governance framework outline
  • Indicative investment proposal
Phase 2
Weeks 2–3

Platform and academy configuration

Your LSSB platform is configured to your deployment design. Cohorts are structured, curriculum is mapped to your industry and analytical standards (JMP or Minitab), and your delivery team is briefed. Admin, coach, and supervisor accounts are provisioned with role-appropriate access.

Deliverables
  • Platform configured and provisioned
  • Cohort structure live
  • Curriculum mapped and ready
  • Role-based access set up
  • Delivery team briefed
Phase 3
Week 4

Pilot launch

Your first cohort goes live. Learners begin their belt pathway. Projects are initiated and tracked in the platform. Coaches and supervisors have real-time visibility. Early savings identification begins. Weekly check-ins ensure the pilot is on track before broader rollout.

Deliverables
  • First cohort active
  • Projects initiated and tracked
  • Coach and supervisor dashboards live
  • Weekly check-in cadence established
  • Early savings identification underway
Phase 4
Week 5+

Scaled enterprise rollout

The programme expands to additional sites and functions on the agreed rollout schedule. Governance cadence is established — monthly project reviews, quarterly executive reporting. Benefits validation is formalised with Finance. The programme becomes a permanent operational capability.

Deliverables
  • Multi-site rollout active
  • Governance cadence established
  • Executive reporting live
  • Benefits validation formalised
  • Programme embedded as operational capability
What to Expect

How LSSB deployments actually run.

One point of contact
A dedicated LSSB programme lead manages your deployment from discovery through to scaled rollout.

No ad hoc setup. Every deployment follows a documented configuration process with clear milestones.
IT and procurement support
We work within your procurement and IT requirements — SSO, data residency, and security documentation available on request.
Governance from day one
Project tracking, tollgate approvals, and reporting are live from the first cohort — not added later.
Flexible delivery model
Self-paced learning for GB and BB as standard. Optional MBB coaching, workshops, and train-the-trainer support available.
Savings tracking built in
Benefits validation is structured into the programme from the start — not retrofitted at year-end.
