Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Lean Six Sigma (Master) Black Belts who want to train, certify, and guide professionals on their Lean Six Sigma journey. As a Master Black Belt with LSSB, you will leverage our accredited platform, exams, and certification system to provide high-quality training and mentorship while working independently and flexibly.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver Lean Six Sigma training at various levels (White, Yellow, Green, Black Belt).
- Certify professionals through the LSSB accreditation and examination system.
- Coach and mentor aspiring consultants and industry professionals.
- Build your own group of professionals under the LSSB ecosystem.
- Contribute to the global Lean Six Sigma community and expand professional networks.

Requirements
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (or equivalent).
- Strong experience in Lean Six Sigma deployment, training, and coaching.
- Ability to teach, mentor, and certify professionals at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and grow independently.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Type of Engagement
- Part-time or independent contractor role.

Your Responsibility
Launch and Manage Your Training & Consulting Business
Build and grow your own Lean Six Sigma training and consulting practice.
Collaborate with Clients
Work closely with clients to identify improvement opportunities and implement tailored Lean Six Sigma solutions.
Customize Resources
Adapt and enhance LSSB’s training materials, tools, and resources to align with your market needs.
Drive Marketing Efforts
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients, leveraging LSSB’s proven systems and support.
Deliver Exceptional Results
Focus on strategic client acquisition, exceptional service delivery, and continuous business growth.
Partnerships Compensation Calculator
Tiers by client engagements (plans sold): Associate 1–2 → 30% license / 70% hourly; Partner 3–5 → 40% license / 75% hourly; Senior Partner 5+ → 50% license / 80% hourly (5 resolves upward to Senior Partner).
